After buying and getting rid of two sofas in our family room, that we purchased from other furniture stores, that did not hold up at all after a few years, we decided to go back to Bassett. We purchased our living room sofa and love seat 13 years ago from Bassett, and they are still in excellent condition. We also visited all the other furniture stores in the area and the quality at Bassett far surpassed the other stores. Also, Bassett has a seven year guarantee. No other store has that. Being able to have the sofa custom made to our desires was a huge benefit. Our Design Coordinator, Tricia Haarer was excellent. She was extremely knowledgeable about Bassett's furniture and was very helpful to us as we decided on the right sofa for our needs and wants. She explained clearly the differences in the sofas we looked at, the fabrics, and the types of filling that was available. Tricia was always very kind, very helpful and friendly. We knew she had our best interest in mind.
We felt really good about our purchase. So now we are eagerly awaiting the delivery of our beautiful new sofa!
