Had to call Isabel up on phone. Was not at her studio at appointment time. Isabel was very confused on my appointment she put me in her book the wrong day. She apologized. The lady arrived while I was waiting. Booked another person at the same time. I didn't receive hair mask. She may be talented with other peoples hair but not good with naturally curly hair. I told her to cut very little in back. She cut a huge amount. My friends and family were shocked. It looked cute in the front but awfully short in the back. She's very kind and friendly. More for the younger generation than us older ones.

Isabel is an absolute rockstar! She listened to me and took in the photos I showed her, She did exactly what I asked her to do, she also offered her own valuable insights. You can tell she is very experienced as she is quick, profressional, and does a wonderful job. Plus she is friendly easy to talk to and has refreshments in her fridge which is always nice :)
