Placed refill order on web. Received notice that prescription would be ready for pickup after 10am. It was (1) not ready and (2) the items were not even in inventory in sufficient quantity to fill the prescription. Staff took the coward's way out and blamed Arkansas even though the notice indicated it came from their pharmacy. The apology that sounded more like "I can't wait til you are gone." Service of the absolute poorest nature.
